Zero-Plaintext IP Hashing & GDPR Adherence
GGID is built strictly on the principle of data minimization. We never sell, rent, or monetize community member data.
1. Information We Collect
When a Discord community member passes through the ggid.eu gateway, we only collect the minimum telemetry required to confirm humanity and enforce server safety rules:
- Discord Snowflake ID and verified username handle via OAuth2 handshake.
- One-way cryptographic hash of client IP addresses used strictly for ASN subnet and proxy detection.
- Cloudflare Turnstile token validation status and risk clearance score.
- Client-side hardware canvas telemetry hash to detect banned multi-account operators.
We never collect or store Discord passwords, payment credit card details, private message transcripts, or friend lists.
2. Data Retention & Purging
Telemetry logs and session records are retained strictly according to your server subscription tier:
Standard Community Tier
Audit logs and verification records are automatically purged after 24 hours.
Pro Guild & Enterprise Shield
Security audit history is retained for 90 days for administrative compliance, then permanently deleted.
3. Third-Party Processors
We partner exclusively with enterprise infrastructure providers who maintain strict ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications:
- Cloudflare, Inc. - Cloudflare Turnstile managed challenge validation and DDoS mitigation.
- Discord Inc. - Discord OAuth2 authentication and REST API role assignment.
- Tebex / Sellix - PCI-DSS compliant checkout processors for premium guild tiers.
4. Member Rights & Data Requests
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain the right to inspect, export, or request immediate deletion of any audit records associated with your Discord snowflake ID.
