Legitimate Usage & Protection Guarantee
By authorizing GGID on your Discord server or completing a verification challenge, you agree to these binding service terms.
1. Scope of Service
GGID provides cloud-based verification and automated server defense software for Discord communities. Features include Cloudflare Turnstile token validation, optical character recognition for attached media, and datacenter proxy detection.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Server operators and verified members agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or exploit the verification handshake or rate-limiting filters.
- Deploy automated headless browser scripts to flood verification endpoints or trigger fake challenges.
- Use GGID services in violation of Discord Inc. Terms of Service or Developer Policies.
- Misrepresent official GGID security notices or impersonate system staff.
3. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.95% availability across our verification cluster and bot shard fleet. Scheduled maintenance or Cloudflare upstream network incidents are communicated via our operational status indicators and Discord announcements.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro Guild Shield and Enterprise Shield) are processed securely through authorized merchant partners (Tebex, Sellix). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period via your merchant invoice portal.
